With Jeff's marketing plan, we were able to go under contract in the first week with an offer over asking while other homes in the neighborhood were sitting for weeks. Wow, just wow. Jeff (and Amy) are absolutely incredible. We sold our house in Plaza Midwood, and I don't think it's possible to find a better realtor in this area. He KNOWS this neighborhood way better than we did. Anyone can handle the paperwork and show the house, that's not a big deal. But what Jeff did was so much more. We had already moved into our new home in another city, so Jeff took control, suggested what was needed, and then scheduled all the home repairs and upgrades that needed to be done. He literally booked 100% of the contractors on his own, AND the services were done at very good prices (no way he was marking them up). No way we could have done this on our own.

He had great taste, and we definitely ended up making a nice profit on the investments into the property that he suggested. Basically, for every $1 we spent on upgrades, we received $5 in return. He was super upfront and honest, fair, responsive, and just did a great job all around. I really just cannot recommend Jeff enough. He's fantastic.

Jeff was AMAZING! He helped me sell my investment property that I've owned for 15 years. I was nervous about getting top dollar and it going smoothly with repairs. Jeff helped us sell our Plaza Midwood home in 2019 and was our agent when buying a property in Concord in 2020. The process was seamless for both transactions and we couldn't have asked for a better advocate.
